First, the location was perfect! Not only right off the highway, but it shares a parking lot with Ruby Tuesdays and is right across the street from Waffle house. Second, although the pool was meh for size and temperature, the hot tub was wonderfully hot and comforting (even if not all the jets were working).

The cleanliness of chairs and tables in the lobby were not pleasing when just trying to sit and relax. Similarly, during breakfast, there’s no upkeep between families so all the tables were just dirty, trash, and sticky. Also, coffee was empty the whole time I ate breakfast, people came to try and fill their cups and it was the same. There was only one individual working which was probably difficult to keep up. The beds were very comfortable. Safe area and close to where we needed to be. Overall, it was great for a weekend trip.

Did not eat breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Had to add an extra night to beginning of original booking & did not have to change rooms. Location is near I-64/81. Can walk to Ruby Tuesday & a taco truck (Tres Veces Feliz, when open). Also an antique store & auto parts are walkable. A few minutes drive to downtown Lexington. Parking lot was full in the evenings so hotel seemed well used and not deserted. Everything was clean in the room. View toward west was pretty.

The girl that checked me in Thursday night was awesome! I had trouble with my credit card, and she helped me get the transaction completed right. She also switched my room because of the bad TV reception without any problem at all. I even liked he pumpkin sweatshirt she was wearing. She really made my stay feel welcome. I would hope you send her a note complimenting her on her professionalism and courtesy.

Breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were nice. We liked that they had free tea/coffee in the lobby. We liked our room.

Cleanliness of room and property. Location to interstate and restaurants. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Price was very competitive with other major hotel chains in the area.

The beds were comfortable enough. Room was nice. The hotel was in a great central location, close to places on our itinerary, gas, highway, and other conveniences (Walmart/Food/Pharmacy). There is a Ruby Tuesday right beside the hotel. The pool area was nice and there was a small gym (I didn't use, but someone else was).

Very close to the horse center. They also allowed my service dog and didn’t charge me which was very nice. Showers were nice and hot!

Great location. Not far from the Safari and Natural Bridge State Park.

Great price and location. Immediate access to restaurants, gas stations, the highway, and both universities in Lexington. Rooms were so spacious that it was easy to fit in a roll-away. Breakfast included something hot, and the pool area was great.
